The Pyramid Puzzle – Terms and Conditions

General:

1. Level 1 of the puzzle is available as a FREE download from Play Store, App Store and Internet.

2. Prompts will appear at regular intervals in Level 1 to help users in completing and progressing to Level 2.

3. Level 2 can be downloaded for a small fee using ‘in-app’ purchase or a Promo-Code/ Token issued by us. There would be a ‘promotional offer’ for ‘in-app’ purchase for a limited period. 

4. Users will need to register at the time of Level 2 download.

5. HELP Becomes available on Level 2 to assist users to identify free tiles suitable to fit a vacant position on the board and enable them to progress to find the solution to the puzzle. The users have unlimited use of this facility.

6. The user will need to have access to internet/Wi-Fi to play.

7. User will have single use access to the App.
   If a user is logged in with his/her registered email Id and an attempt is made to login concurrently from another device, a warning will be issued and the first logged session will be disconnected.

8. Frequent hints and tips will be issued via our social media pages and website to help users progress to find the solution to the puzzle.

9. On successful completion of the puzzle the user is asked to 'Submit' and their contact details will be entered in the list of people who have submitted correct solution.

10. The user's information will be treated in compliance with the "Privacy Policy" and "Delete Your Data" considerations.

Promo Codes/Tokens: 

1. Promo Codes may be issued by us for a promotional offer or purchase through Amazon, eBay or any other means of promotion.

2. These are non transferrable and can only be used once by the user.

Prize Draw Guidelines:​

Overview:​

1. Apple and Google have no involvement in the prize draw.

2. Our aim is to create a prize-pot of Rupee 1 Crore (or its equal amount in local currency)

3. Prize pot is self-funding from the in-app purchases made by the users.

4. The prize draw will take place at a time declared by us, which will be within a week of when the prize pot reaches a sum equivalent of Rupees 1 crore or 26th January 2026, whichever is later. The date will be published on our website. 

5. If the prize fund does not reach the desired amount by 1st April 2026, we may decide to close the contest and reward the winner with the money collected in the prize fund. The decision to do so will be published on our website within a week of 1st April 2026.

6. The draw will be made randomly from all participants who have submitted a correct solution by this date.

7. Only the name of one winner will be drawn from all eligible entries who will receive the prize in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

8. The decision of The Pyramid Puzzle team will be final.

Eligibility:​

1. When all 36 tiles have been placed and the ‘Check’ verifies that all tiles match, following message will appear. The user should then send the solution by clicking on submit button below the text “You have successfully completed The Pyramid puzzle and reached my Treasure Chest”.

2. This will register your details in the list of users eligible for the prize draw and you will be notified of this via your registered details.

3. Only one entry per participant is allowed. Multiple submissions will lead to disqualification.

4. No other mode of submitting the solution e.g. by email, will make a user eligible for the prize draw.

Entry Period:​

1. The entry period starts when the challenge is released and ends as per the guidelines in overview above.

2. Late submissions will not be considered.

Selection Process:​

1. After the entry period closes, one winner will be randomly selected from all the eligible entries.

2. The draw will be conducted transparently in public to ensure fairness.

Announcement of Winner:​

1. The winner will be announced directly via the registered details and the name will also be displayed on our website.

2. The time delay ensures all participants have a fair chance to enjoy the puzzle and submit their solutions without feeling rushed.

Claiming the Prize:​

1. The winner will be contacted via the information provided during registration.

2. Prizes must be claimed within the time specified in the notification, failing which a new winner may be selected.

Terms and Conditions:​

1. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the rules of the prize draw and the Terms & Conditions of the puzzle.
