The Pyramid Puzzle – Terms and Conditions

General:

1. Level 1 of the puzzle is available as a FREE download from Play Store, App Store and Internet.

2. Prompts will appear at regular intervals in Level 1 to help users in completing and progressing to Level 2.

3. Level 2 can be downloaded on completion of Level 1 and registering with your email address and password. There is no charge for download of Level 2.

4. HELP Becomes available on Level 2 to assist users to identify free tiles suitable to fit a vacant position on the board and enable them to progress to find the solution to the puzzle. The users have unlimited use of this facility.

5. 'Save 2' and 'Save 3' are available in Level 2 to allow user to save 2 different points of a part completed solution to be saved and resume from.

6. The user will need to have access to internet/Wi-Fi to play.

7. User will have single use access to the App.
   If a user is logged in with his/her registered email Id and an attempt is made to login concurrently from another device, a warning will be issued and the first logged session will be disconnected.

8. Frequent hints and tips will be issued via our social media pages and website to help users progress to find the solution to the puzzle.

9. On successful completion of the puzzle the user is asked to 'Submit' and their contact details will be entered in the list of people who have submitted correct solution.

10. The user's information will be treated in compliance with the "Privacy Policy" and "Delete Your Data" considerations.
